He\/she supervises the activity team, implements activities, manages communications with parents, and ensures the safety and quality of the participants&#8217; experience. This key role ensures the overall smooth running of the programme and the consistency of the activities offered.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n<p><strong>1. Supervision and management of staff<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Supervise, support, and evaluate facilitators, instructors, and attendants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure an active presence in the field to support the team. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Intervening in difficult situations and providing professional guidance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage task allocation, schedules, and replacements as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Day-to-day management and operations<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure the smooth running of activities, transitions, arrivals and departures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure that equipment is available and used appropriately. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor the condition of the premises, equipment and outdoor areas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain a safe environment that complies with camp policies. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Relationship with parents and participants<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Welcome families and answer their questions in a professional manner. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage communications regarding behaviours, incidents, allergies, or special needs. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure prompt, clear and respectful follow-up in sensitive situations. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promote a positive, inclusive and stimulating environment for young people.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Safety, prevention and incident management<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> Implement and enforce emergency procedures and regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Intervene in the event of an accident, risky behaviour or a major problem<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Document incidents and inform those responsible. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Contribute to team training in safety and group management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6.
