Squashes, gestures, and roots<\/strong><\/h4>\n

In this exhibition, squash becomes more than just food: it is living memory. In collaboration with Teprine Baldo (Le Noyau), each variety presented here reflects shared knowledge, a specific climate and attentive care. <\/p>\n

Like in an agricultural museum or a cabinet of curiosities, one can observe here the silent power of these winter squashes. But it’s not just about looking. At the entrance, you are invited to dip your hands or feet into the soil. This gesture is not a game – it’s a reconnection. <\/p>\nWith the soil.

Kitchen garden, flower garden, and dye plant garden<\/h4>\n

The summer kitchen gardens<\/strong><\/h4>\nJARDINIER.\u00c8RE.S
\nJulie Valois and Richard Dubois<\/strong>\n\t

With raised beds and garden plots, the summer kitchen’s crescent-shaped gardens are dedicated to vegetables and flowers, thanks to the generosity of community donations and nearby organic farms, including Les Potagers des nues<\/strong> mains and Jardins Glen.<\/strong><\/p>\n

These gardens support a gastronomy inspired by plants, natural art materials, plant-based dyes, observational drawing, exploration of agricultural techniques, and the creation of perfumes and floral arrangements.<\/p>\n
